ArtWalk 10th September 2011
Art is everywhere… in streets, meadows, up trees and in gardens.
Enter the Craven Arms ArtWalk on September 10th and you’ll enter a world of wonder. As in… I wonder how they made that out of cotton buds?... I wonder how she got up there?… And I wonder if I could do that?
Established artists, undiscovered talents, community groups and people who just love to make things are all welcome to come and show off their work and their talents all over the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre and the Onny Meadows.
This year's ArtWalk follows a wild sculpture trail. There are musical instruments built in trees. A giant willow dragonfly (and a chance to make a mini version). And a poetry rug knitted by 800 people from all over the world. Come and join us...starting Saturday 3rd with a free earth oven workshop.
